Recognition by Salaam Namaste

We are honored to share that our work in the field of women empowerment and skill development has been recognized and appreciated by Salaam Namaste.

As part of our community development initiatives, we organized a Candle Making Program aimed at empowering women by providing them with practical skills and livelihood opportunities. The program was designed not only to train participants in candle making but also to help them become economically independent.

In collaboration with DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation), we acquired space at selected metro stations where the candles produced by the trained participants were showcased and sold. This initiative helped create a direct platform for women to present their work to a larger audience and generate income through their skills.

Our efforts toward promoting self-reliance and supporting women entrepreneurs were widely appreciated. Salaam Namaste acknowledged this initiative and featured our work through an interview, helping spread the message of community empowerment to a wider audience.

This recognition is a matter of great pride for us and inspires us to continue creating opportunities that promote dignity, self-reliance, and sustainable social impact.
